The intro scene from "City of the Lost Children", almost stopped me from celebrating Christmas.
The intro to El Topo stopped me from riding around in a desert with a parisol and a naked boy.
The opening scene of "Shoot the Piano Player" ... well ... er... I still run down dark streets at night on a fairly regular basis. But I've stopped inviting green slime from outer space over for dinner on Wednesday nights.
Tanpopo! That film makes me so hungry. I have not seen it in a while. Now I crave a good noodle house.
All the films on your list that I've seen I've liked, so I'll have to check out the rest of your list.
